What happens next?

1. You will receive an email confirmation of your order request and an ETA for your preliminary title report.

​

2. Our expert team will examine title to determine any curative items, once cleared, we will issue "Clear to Close"

​

3. Once you are ready to schedule a closing time, let us know - you can email us at team5@linktitleandclosing.com or your closer will be in touch to schedule your customers signing.

4. We provide support to the borrower at every step of the way, we will be available at closing to address any questions. 

​

5. we aim to impress, with recording submission to secure lien position and final AOL Letter within 5 business days from funding.
